Wow, what a fun place has everything, even an awesome dog for my kids to play with. This was our favorite stop on our trip from Tennessee, better than the four corners monument. It has a museum with real Navajo history to include a code talker medal. Also if you want turquoise this is the place to go. Really don't miss this on your trip!!!

This is a very special spot and a true trading post from the past and present; they are providers to the local Navajo artists of today as well as offering all sorts of items to the present-day tourist. We were taken their by our Native American friends/artists because this is one of the places they purchase their supplies. IF you ask and are truly interested, they are likely to let you into the very small museum they maintain, which is full of interesting local artifacts as well as other items of interesting, related materials. For instance, they have the medallion of the only non-Navajo WWII Code Talker! A fascinating stop if you have the time and interest.
