Love plundering through all the junk (treasures). Just take your time and enjoy all the stuff from hand crafted items to garage sale stuff to antiques to food to just plain junk. It is laid out very nice and has plenty of parking. However you should know that you will be doing a lot of walking. There of several nice hotels within a few blocks and good restaurants to eat a,t if you want to make a weekend out of it.

There is so much out there need more than one weekend, something for everyone. have a really nice bathroom but could use a few blue potties out there.

From furniture, to gardening, to jewelry, clothing, shoes, drawer pulls, etc. This place has everything. You can find some great deals here. There are also plenty of vendors serving drinks & food. The best time of year for holiday shopping begins in September. This is when some of the vendors start bringing out their fall & holiday decor. It is outdoors for the most part, so be sure to dress according to the weather, and bring rubber boots if it's been raining or sunscreen if the sun is beaming.

I had no idea this place was so big! Many vendors and so much to see and purchase! Bring a trailer if you plan on hauling off large items. Wear sunglasses and sunscreen since you will be out in the sun a lot. There is food to purchase... nothing special... pork on a stick (that was dry), popcorn, hotdogs, cajun boudoir balls.
