old mill brewpub & grill

The hotel clerk told me the food was really good. It was OK as far as I'm concerned. The service was excellent. My chicken breast was a little on the dry side. It's very popular with the locals.

This was a great place to stop and sample local beer. The food was excellent and priced reasonable. The owner visits each table to answer questions about the facility and to make sure everything is in order.

Neat place in Plainwell that has a big bar area to sit at and watch a game or socialize with friends. Food is good bar food and portions are large so go hungry. I think the kitchen could be more creative being that the restaurant is located in a unique and historic building. They offer reserved setting for big receptions or parties upstairs. Looking for a comfy rustic place to host a party The Mill would be a great place to do just that. Parking lot is not paved so be prepared if the weather is not great.

Service is just ok. Food is fair and the price is okay. Bathroom setup leaves a lot to desire. Location and size for the restaurant is quite odd for the restrooms. Overall rating C.

The food is awesome! My husband liked the beer too. Will come here again. Waitstaff is awesome and met the owner who accepted us with open arms. Will recommend Old Mill brewpub to family and friends

We go to Old Mill several times a week. It's close. It's quick. The food is better than many brew pubs. We love the Old Mill burger with regular or sweet potato fries. We love the vegetables with hummus. Scott has some great ideas. He will be brewing his own root beer soon. He had a local band, Schlitz Creek, play on the night of our local Art Hop. We love being part of the Old Mill Scene. We have learned which nights are crowded and we go on the lighter nights or for lunch. I wish they would partner with Plainwell Ice Cream!

Excellent service and a unique atmosphere in the "Old Mill". Scott runs a tight ship with personal service and good food. Awesome regional destination.
