My sister and I went to Pittsburgh for a concert in Feb '15. Coming from good ol' Indiana, Pittsburgh was nothing short of amazing! And Bicycle Heaven was definitely apart of that experience! From the moment we walked in the door to when they bid us goodbye, everyone was soo helpful and informative! We actually talked to this guy about the museum for awhile before touring, come to find out...it's the owner! Never woulda guessed. :) We even got our picture taken with them. 100% RECOMMEND this to anyone looking for an inexspensive delight! Will definitely be going back!

My wife and I were passing through Pittsburg and some friends took us to see Bike Heaven. This place was amazing. If you like old bikes, odds are they have 5 of your favorite model and the people there are naturally, very knowledgable. I've restored a few bikes and talking to these guys was great for solving problems I've had myself. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they sell hard to find parts as well! My wife loved it as well and probably was more charmed than I was by a lot of the things I had seen before, but she hadn't. This place is great and there is a fantastic, old fashioned ice cream parlor just down the street from it. Made for a really fun afternoon.

What a fantastic place to view hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of bikes. Brings back many fond memories of perhaps your first bike. Owner/staff so friendly and helpful. Many hard to find parts/accessories especially for the "original Schwinn". You won't be disappointed!

This is a must visit for any bicycle/historical enthusiasts. Vast collection of rare classic bikes that anyone of any age would enjoy. Very nice, helpful people working there. They do sales and repairs too. Very unpretentious and welcoming.

Have never seen so many different bikes in one place. Most are Schwinn but from very old to moderately new. If you need a part, I suspect they have it. Well put together. Staff very friendly. Well worth the trip, even if a bit out of the way. Still easy to get to it.

Never have I seen or ever again, will I see as many bikes as this place has. Hanging from the ceiling, hanging off the wall, stacked in racking and taking as much floor spaces as 'Health and Safety' would allow. Quite amazing. Some old memories came flooding back of the old Tomahawk and Grifter bikes of my childhood.Great staff. Very friendly and welcoming. I just wish I had more time. Also, with I had been able to buy something.I seriously recommend a visit.

Unbelievable collection! Visitors young and old will appreciate this nostalgic shop. So many collectible sand antique bikes. Need to attend with children who are respectful and won't touch and play with bikes. Coolest may have been the wooden bike and kerosene lamp!

So, this is a pretty amazing place that far too few people know about. Imagine a more bikes of more types that you can fathom arranged and presented majestically in a sprawling fantasia of cycling...it sounds like I am being silly, but I am not. If you like bikes or art, you should go. It is as simple as that.

I hosted a baby shower this past weekend for 40 people - it addition to the museum being a great venue with ready made decorations and a convenient Pittsburgh location, the team at Bicycle Heaven couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. They set up all tables and chairs and made sure every possible need was met. Our guests loved not only the bicycles but the overall fun and kid-like atmosphere. My husband and I bring all visiting family to the museum and EVERYONE is always amazed at what a hidden treasure the place is. It is a great place for a snowy winter day or a hot summer afternoon! Just go.....

Recommended by another Pittsburgh civic treasure, Randyland, we paid a visit this weekend. Spent 2 hours gawking at what has been amassed in this vast warehouse, but easily could have spent several more days here. Thought the first floor was amazing...then we went upstairs!

We were just driving back from an outing when we decided to stop, the place we thought was closed but in fact was open, it was filled with a huge range of bikes from the past, many bringing back found childhood memories. The whole family enjoyed it, my children a 10, 12 and 14 and there was something that everyone could relate too and see.The team there were great friendly, willing to stop and answer questions and point out thing you many have missed. Not your typical attraction, but all the same well worth the visit as the museum component is free

Well it's sort of a museum, sort of a bike graveyard, but certainly the brainchild of someone with a quirky, fun passion for bicycles. Several floors of bikes, bike paraphernalia and other collectibles (Beatles, Elvis) from various eras. Our family ranging in ages 10 to 50 were all enthralled, fascinated and amused by this fun experience. It's in an industrial lot so we were a little thrown by the GPS directions but there are also helpful handpainted signs pointing you in the right direction. Came here after stopping by Randyland - another fun, quirky Pittsburgh experience.

We took a group of boy scouts here during a trip to Pittsburgh. If you grew up in the 60's or 70's the bike collection will remind you of all of the bikes you and your friends grew up with. Even though many of the bikes were from a time before the boys were born, they still enjoyed looking at the variety of designs and exploring all of the different rooms and floors in the museum.

We spent an afternoon exploring the collection. Owner and his son are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, ready to answer questions and showcase bikes with great backstories! We'll return again!

Had a great trip down memory lane. If you had a "Sting Ray" as a kid in the 60's or 70's this is the place to see them again! All the colors, rare bikes and gadgets too! Look for the white arrow signs on your way there as it is a bit tricky. Huge Museum.
