This is a small winery outside of New Hope, accessed by a long dirt driveway down to the brown clapboard style house/building at the end of the road. This winery is apparently a popular stop on the Bucks County Wine tour so we decided to make it a stop on our own self-guided tour of wineries in the area. My guess is that they cater to the large groups from the wine tour but not the individuals who are walk-ins if there is a group there already. We made an attempt, we really did. We waited for 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge our presence so that we could do a wine tasting on a Saturday afternoon, but we were ignored. There was a group of about 10 people already there with the wine tour so they were the main attraction. We gave up and left. I understand if you are a smaller winery and have limited resources but good customer service dictates that you do not ignore your customers. That is rule #1. I did not give this a terrible rating because we never had the opportunity to taste the wine, but I am guessing that we did not miss much. If you are on your own, skip this spot and head down to Rose Bank or Rushland or up to Buckingham. They are only open to the public on weekends, but apparently that is iffy if you are not on the regular tour.
