Well, we just finished up the Badger’s men’s basketball season at the Kohl Center and what a great season- and a great venue. We had good experiences at every game we attended. Even though our seats were in Section 312 we had an excellent view of the court plus it was fun watching the activities in the student section from our seats. We were always able to find parking within walking distance of the Kohl Center- although our rule was to get to the parking structure an hour and a half before the game. Otherwise, parking can be an issue. We picked up food at the concessions stands only a few times [we usually had lunch or dinner at a Madison restaurant] but the lines typically moved quickly and the service there was always good- they were always in a good mood in spite of how busy they were. For my wife and me, it was always a fun time at the Kohl Center. And, the last home game- March 1- was magical as the Badgers clinched the Big 10 conference championship. It was a great time after the game, listening to and watching videos on each of the team seniors and then receiving the trophy for winning the championship.

Wisconsin's basketball and hockey arena. Great crowd, all seats seem to be good. Overall a good experience. They don't serve alcohol but offer some really good food. Definitely try the Babcock ice cream.

We are Purdue fans who like to visit other big ten stadiums. What an electric place to watch a basketball game! The Wisconsin fans were great! We had our Purdue gear on and they couldn't have been nicer! We had a blast!

Fun night good crowd. Easy in and out. Worth the visit. Kohl center is very clean and well run. The hockey game has become a production. A good place to bring children because there is no alcohol served. And this year it's not a sell out.

The Kohl Center is an exciting place and watching UW Basketball is a fantastic experience! Great fun for all ages.

Great place to see a badger hockey game...the crowd is great as are the concessions and not a bad seat in the house. The only drawback is parking...arrive a little early so you can find parking or prepare for a hike!

Fantastic venue for watching hockey! Doesn't seem as if there is a bad seat in the place. The long wait for Babcock ice cream is worth it :)

Is awesome at the Kohl! Very family friendly & a price performer if you're looking to take the whole gang.

A nicely designed facility, easy to get around, however there are no escalators for the upper levels which can be an issue for those who have trouble with stairs. Limited elevators. Poor access to parking.

The atmosphere for the Illinois-Wisconsin men's basketball game was extremely disappointing, but the arena was new and well kept. It's probably unfair though because the game was during Christmas break during the coldest winter in the Midwest since mammoths lived here. The fans, including the students that were there, seemed mostly disinterested. I had high expectations because I had heard good things about the Kohl Center crowds. I hope I get another chance to seem a game with some more excitement.

A great venue to watch the high school games. As with all facilities like this the food/drinks were expensive - nothing different than any other arena.

We went to the Big 10 wrestling tournament there, and got great seats with our general admission tickets. I don't think there were any bad seats in the arena. Very nice.

Enjoyed our time at the Kohl Center for State High School Wrestling Tournaments - great seats, good variety of food, plentiful restrooms. As a person with knee issues, I found it a bit unfriendly. Having been there before, I decided to take a taxi, as I knew the parking would not be nearby. There are no taxi stands, so I had to be dropped off on the road. Later that night, there was an icy-snow mix, and maneuvering the slope from the Center to the road for my taxi was nerve-wracking. Saw quite a few people slipping. The other issue was the lack of elevators, or at least signage for them.

The Kohl Center is a top notch place to go to any event as there is not a single bad seat in the house. The only problem is the parking and without a parking pass you really need to get there early to find a place where you don't have to walk to far. It is,however, worth the walk to go there. The center is really easy to get around as far as finding your seat and the concessions are very convenient. It is a beautiful building inside and out.
