We saw Lewis Black at the Pabst this past October. His show is awesome and the theater is beautiful. Our seats were in the balcony but it looks like no matter where you sit, the view is good. We are from Illinois and at the time, this was the closest venue for Lewis Black. We are happy we made the three hour trip because the show and the venue were fantastic. Can't wait to see him this spring in Illinois.

Our first time to the Pabst Theater was in mid-December for A Christmas Carol. We weren't sure what to expect, but were delighted with the experience. The theater is obviously very old, but has been restored and is very well taken care of. The chandeliers may have been my favorite - they sparkle and provide a very dramatic effect. The production was fantastic and the entire evening very enjoyable.

Come for the entertainment. But savor the Venue! The Pabst Theater reminds me of a classic opera European opera house. The restored beauty of this facility should not be missed. Note however that the seats also reflect the classic small dimensions. We totally enjoyed the stand up comedy of Jim Gaffigan! This outstanding comic is also family friendly. Don't miss him anywhere across the country.

Attended a concert in November. I love the preservation of the historic painting and charm of the pabst. 3 levels, seats are a bit squishy (people smaller back in the day) but not a bad seat in the house.

The Pabst Theatre located downtown Milwaukee is a historical masterpiece. As soon as you enter, you feel as if you are taken back in time. I have been to this theatre over a dozen times and love it. Every year, my husband and now two grown daughters, make it our tradition to attend "The Christmas Carol" at the Pabst. When we started going, we were in the least expensive seats and they were okay. At times it was hard to hear but you couldn't beat the price. As we got older, we have now upgraded to orchestra seats in the middle on the first floor. Each year the play is a little different so you never tire. Seeing the Christmas Carol early in December renews our spirits.

Attended the play this past weekend! OUTSTANDING PREFORMANCE!!! I have gone to this play or over 20 years and enjoyed every time EXCEPT for two years ago. I boycotted the play last year because of the way they had changed the story and characters, my family asked that we try it one time. We were glad we did, The entrance of Marley, the uplifting signing and dancing and the New SCROOGE made this a most enjoyable evening. Thank you Pabst Theater for putting on a wonderful performance, We will return again next Year. Happy Holidays

Attended the "A Christmas Carol" play today. Excellent, excellent, excellent!! Went to a matinee viewing with my daughter's school. She loved it as did every other kid in the place - from middle school up to high school. Would definitely recommend to anyone. For the school groups that pricing was very reasonable, seemed to be a lot more expensive for the regular pricing nightly shows. Family friendly and quite entertaining.

It was our first time traveling to this venue for a concert and we LOVED it! We saw Phillip Phillips and he was amazing. The theater was so old and full of character. The chandelier's were absolutely beautiful. All seats would be great, in my opinion. We were on 2nd tier and they were great seats. Can't wait to go back for another concert there!

Very cool venue - absolutely beautiful old theater! The seats are really small (like airplane seats!) so a bit uncomfortable during a 2+ hour long show.

This is our favorite place to see a show! There isn't a bad seat in the house. The theater has been well taken care of ! This is a Milwaukee must see!

As a lifelong resident of Milwaukee, I have been at this facility countless times. The décor never ceases to amaze me and I find myself staring at the ceiling, the chandelier, and the painting techniques. The seats are a little uncomfortable, and the rows are a little too close to each other, but it still feels good to take in a show here. They have a small bar/party room on the east side of the building that is available to rent for private events.

I went here with my Husband, Sister and Brother-in-law for a comedy show. It's a beautiful venue. However, I highly recommend getting here early. It gets crowded fast and the lines for the drinks are long. They have a Cudahy room off to the right when you first walk in and it seemed to be faster to get drinks there as opposed to waiting in line at the smaller bars on each level. The bathrooms also get quite crowded so go before you get there! They have old, beautiful art all over if you are slowly waiting to get in. It's a nice, cozy place, however, cozy can also mean small as the seats are very close together. It's an old, historic building and it's small but it's a must go to in Milwaukee if you've never been there.

Great place to see a concert. The only downfall are the bathrooms. Small and not enough. Otherwise it is a beautiful place with great seating and close to hotels and they pour a good drink.

A beautiful venue, but being crammed into the balcony seats left me hoping the comedian would cut the show short. Can't imagine how miserable the tall people felt. The seats are also quite narrow - so if you're on the wider side beware - as you are going to be uncomfortable. The seats on the lower levels might be better.

Just saw Lewis Black in Milwaukee.Bleepin great show. His best lines had to do with local and national politics, of course. He said that republicans are stupid and democrats are dumb but...together we agree that congress ain't doin' bleep.13% of americans thinks congress is doing a good job – but 87%,yep, that's 87% believe they are NOT.So. That means we agree on something. We found common ground.'Bout time! :-)https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7xWaO2jYrLs
