I have been a regular customer for the last 15 years and always enjoyed the experience frequently bringing along family and friends. The last 6-8 months something has drastically changed. Brad the delightful owner is no longer visible, the bartenders and wait staff are grumpy, distant and at times rude. What used to be always a great Friday night fish fry has become totally unpredictable from one week burnt to the next week mushy. I am offering these comments in the hope that nothing serious is keeping Brad away and in the hope that Wouters II will be a desired destination.
