博物馆非常棒,有很多适合大人、儿童的展品。儿童室内玩乐中心在进行装修,不过不用担心,有替代的区域供孩子们玩耍。博物馆非常干净、安全。咖啡厅的食物有点贵,而且也很一般。还是自己带午餐过来吧,省得吃饭排队。家庭会员卡很值得购买,也就是爷爷奶奶可以买全家的会员卡,下次参观时的会有专人照顾,即便父母不在场也完全不用担心。

这里很适合3-13岁的孩子来。有展览和活动轮番上演,大多数都有互动,能吸引孩子们的注意力!

在儿童博物馆度过了一段愉快的时光。我们的孩子年龄从7岁到20岁都有,而他们全都很喜欢这里。极力向大家推荐这个博物馆。恐龙圈和火热车轮展览都很棒。

我男朋友和我12岁的儿子都非常喜欢“风火轮”。我看到儿童博物馆里面有这个展览就果断去了!非常有趣,有几个1:1的汽车模型,有些是以玩具为灵感做的,有的是以真车为原型。孩子们还可以坐到风火轮上面玩,因为展览馆周围有几个跑道。我们是一个周日去的,人不是很多。我孩子喜欢的其他展览包括:“带我到埃及”(关于埃及文化和日常生活的展示), “国家地理考察”(有不同类型的考古发现),还有“恐龙星球”。这是非常棒的一天,有很多有趣的活动,门票以及礼品店里面的小物件价格都很合理。

一个世界级的博物馆,在里面探索探索很容易一天就过去了。恐龙区很独特,看起来很酷。工作人员乐于帮忙,对孩子们很好,知识丰富。我的孩子很喜欢埃及区,以及每个展出的手工制作部分。

If you have children, this is a must-go place in Indy! The kid's will be caught up in a world of fun that will even amaze the adults! I would (and have) even go without the kids! Take a date or even a friend for a day of exploration that you wont soon forget. There are countless areas divided up by categories from science to travel, and everything in between. You will be amazed at all the things they have to see that you probably have never seen up-close before. You will be able to get behind the wheel of a real Indy-Car! My family comes to visit me in Cincinnati every spring break. We always look for fun activities for the children, as well as the adults. Although there are plenty of excellent attractions in the Cincinnati area, we decided to drive into Indiana to visit the children's museum there. It always gets such wonderful press and we were expecting great things.Unfortunately, the Children's Museum of Indianapolis did not meet our admittedly high expectations. There were a few interesting attractions but it just didn't measure up to the much more impressive Kentucky Science Center in Louisville, or the excellent Cincinnati Museum Center, both of which my nephews ask to visit every year. For the price, and the distance, I don't think the Children's Museum of Indianapolis provided good value.

if you are in the area, not bad to spend a few hours. I think, younger kids enjoy the place more than older kids or toddlers.

The Children's Museum has something for all ages. Even my 14 year old son still enjoys it on occasion. We visit it at least a few times a year.

Love the museum. Love the workers. Pricey but worth it :) Free days are mad busy, I wish they would give out a certain number of passes for those nights.

I have visited here four times with my now 20-month old grandson and have bought season tickets for he and his parents twice already. Parking is free, and access is easy. It's a bit pricey for individual tickets, which makes season passes a must of you live nearby. (And individual tickets are not that pricey if you are visiting the area and take the kids for the day.) I have many exhibits yet to see and there are always new ones, but I can tell that it has lots geared for all ages. There is a special Playscape area for the little ones that is just wonderful. The favorite part for our guy is a large "creek" with toys that float down. Water play in the winter! What could be better? You can use the raincoat smocks and dryers or just pack an extra pair of clothes (my preference) and change the tyke after the fun is done. There are 4 (maybe 5) floors of fabulosity. We'll be visitng for years and years to come.

It's easy to see why the Children's Museum of Indy has consistently been rated as one of the best children's museums in the country. There is so much to do here. Our last visit was during the Christmas season and, man, do they do it up right. From snowball fights to the ice castle to the awesome slide, it was a blast. The ongoing exhibits are great, too, such as the dinosaurs. There is so much to see, I recommend getting a membership so you can go back and see more.

Loads of fun! We went as a family and spent an entire day here. The adults, teens, Tweens, and toddlers all had a blast. There so much to do that we did not make it through the entire museum! There is so much to see and do! There are lots of hands on exhibits too! Our only complaint would be the food selection. There wasn't much to choose from and what was there was not anything my family cared for.

The Children's Museum is for all ages. The exhibits are very informative and enjoyable.There are many "hands on" opportunities for kids.

We spent the entire day here, from open until close and it wasn't enough for my son. He thoroughly enjoyed it! We took in one of the post-holiday showings of A Seussified Christmas Carol which was great. The trains, dinosaurs, snowball fights, slides, all kinds of other great things entertained my son for hours. By far though, the China experience was his absolute favorite. He loved it and we had to revisit it throughout the day. We had lunch in the dining area and it was okay (overpriced and not that delicious but that seems consistent for museum dining). It was an amazing day and if you are in the area it is well worth the time and money.
