The hedge labyrinth is about 4-feet tall and well kept. My wife and I visited it at a time when there were no other guests, so we kind of had the run of the attraction. I hid at one point, and she knew I'd pop up out of nowhere - which I did. :-)

Visited the town of New Harmony, Indiana on the Wabash river across the border from Illinois.Interesting tour of the village of log buildings created in the mid 1800's by a sect of people looking for utopia. Fed up after 10 years they sold the 20,000 acre property to a Scot by the name of Owen and moved to Philadelphia where the economy was more promising. The Labyrinth constructed of well groomed hedges was of particular interest to the young children in our party. One could get lost in a maze, but not in a labyrinth.

A recreation of an actual Harmonist Labyrinth, in New Harmony, IN. It is cleaned & well maintained. It's worth seeing & experiencing.
