good's candy shop

My family loves to stop and get ice cream from here, great selection and staff very friendly, they also make a variety of chocolates and candies but those are not what we come for, pretty good but prefer others.

Candy shop is interesting with lots of clever molded items (chocolate firefighter set, chocolate computer, chocolate birthday cards...) - but the ice cream was what I came for...lots of flavors to choose from (ask for samples) and when you order a single cone you really get a couple of scoops. Very good, quality ice cream and friendly service

Let's begin with the fact that you can get chocolate in the shapes of many different objects such as computers, cars, sports equipment, animals, "world's #1 mom," etc. (I'm not sure that it says that exactly but you get the idea.) Next there are the different sized boxes to get chocolate assortments in. For example, my favorite is the 2lb box to share with my family in which I get dark and milk chocolate covered marshmallows, dark and milk chocolate covered cherries, milk chocolate truffles, and more. This chocolate is amazing! And don't even get me started on their delightful soft caramels!! Finally, the shop has it's own ice cream parlor attached to it. I haven't personally had the ice cream yet but that part of the building is always packed full of people so I can only assume it's decent at the very least. Now the price is going to be more that what you would pay at the store for Hershey's but this is fresh chocolate and you can taste why it costs more. The shop is old and has been there since my father was a young boy if not longer than that. It's always had a good reputation (or so my father says).

Good's is the real deal. It is an absolute must for Easter, Christmas and birthdays. A local business with years of success, the candy seems to get better and better. They have expanded into ice cream that is made on the premises. The toffee is the one thing to try when they ask you if you would like to try a sample. You will become a return customer!

Very good Ice cream for the money & very courteous staff. We all really enjoyed it & we will definitely go back.

The chocolate here was great. We came here twice in our Anderson day trip it was so good. I believe it is Indiana's largest chocolate shop. It also has some ice cream. But it is mainly just chocolate. Still definitely worth stopping here.
