This winery was such a treat we all rated it one of the best. they happened to be in the middle of a crush and allowed us to go and watch they happily answered all our questions. Don't miss jewel

We have been to Walla Walla wine tasting many many times but have never stopped in at the vintner place. We went on a recommendation fro our friends at Zerba.Great little drive out of town , lovely tasting room in the fields .The gentleman tasting was super super nice and the tastings are free, what more could you want!Mike

Walla walla vintners is an amazing place. The people are wonderful, knowledgeable and so friendly. I've never tasted anything I didn't want to buy. A must visit for Walla Walla.

Stopped by for a tasting-no fee EVER- and enjoyed the friendly staff and excellent wines. This isn't a fancy tasting but I would certainly recommend stopping giving them a taste. Totally worth the time!

Who knew Walla Walla had such good wines? Not me, I live near Napa. I also don't consume much wine anymore, so I am a bit out of practice. We were on a family reunion trip - no teens just 55+ year old wine lovers. We got a late start, so our cousin, who could not go with us, told us the first place we had to visit was Walla Walla Vintners. First and last in my book. I think they produce some awesome reds! We tasted a flight of Sangiovese, Cab Franc, Merlot, Cuvee, Cab Sauvignon, Malbec and Syrah. I loved the Cab Franc and Merlot; the Cuvee was excellent; the Cab Sauvignon and Malbec came home with me. The Sangiovese was amazing and while I am not a huge Sangiovese fan, I was really impressed by theirs. This winery is a MUST VISIT! Oh, and Al behind the bar was great!

The wines are always good and reasonably priced, but it's really the people at Walla Walla Vintners that make this the most fun place to visit. Miles & Gordy are great and there's a bit of mischief in Gordy. Al is a love, and he'll give his opinion if you ask for it. I always ask Al for his favorite pour when I'm there and then get a large format of that wine for Thanksgiving with my family. It's always a hit and the size of the (signed) bottle is impressive. This vineyard is off the beaten path, but a lovely drive out past the airport. They keep their vineyard small and their quality control is excellent. Their easy-to-drink red wines and the reasonable pricing make for an easy decision to purchase. This year I purchased the 2010 Cuvée. This incredible blend "drips with jammy fruit---loganberry, blackberry, black cassis" and is very drinkable right now.I'm already looking forward to next year!

OK, maybe not THE best wines - but certainly up there. And probably the best value (most are $30 or less). Gordy and Miles have been making wine forever and they do a fantastic job. One of only 2 wine clubs i'm in because they're that consistently good. And Al is amazing.
