The place is spacious and nice, and being electric less noise and exhaust smell than GoKart Racer. The thing caught me by surprise was the different driving style needed vs gas karts. If you go into a turn too hot, instead of sliding the electric power is reduced and you end up in a crawl. It then takes a while to ramp back up. Also the track monitors can reduce power to each individual kart.

We decided to attend while we were in town. Check in was just OK the person not friendly. We attended on Friday and we had to wait 45 mins before we can run 12 laps that cost $25.00 per person. Check in at Yelp and receive $5 off.They had nice leather couches to relax in before our race. There was a local racer named "The Seargent" who was racing every other race spinning people out. Nice.

A spur of the moment idea with a couple of colleagues on a Tuesday night. Races with maximum 8 racers, Marshall's waiving at slower drivers to pull over, a few crunches and wipe outs, helmets for all drivers along with instructions..no injuries and all together fun... Just remember when you get in your car to go home...you're not in the go cart!

The track is good and the drive around the track was enjoyable. The staff on site seemed friendly and helpful when we were there. However, I had a bad experience with their customer service after the visit. I called in twice a few weeks later requesting them to email me a copy of the receipt which they promised to do each time but never did. I would have been ok if they had said they couldn't email it but they actually readily promised me they would but never followed through on it. I even spoke to the manager but it was still of no use.

We were staying in South San Francisco and noticed the K-1 from the freeway, so glad we did. The staff is friendly, helpful and knows what they are doing. The driving is too much fun. I would say that for the over 40 crowd it is a little rough afterwards but well worth it. It is pretty costly but again, worth it. A great spot to go to if you are on a trip!!

My son and husband raced around on the track and had a good time. I watched and took pics of them.They had never done this so it was something fun to do with a teenager.
