galerie 102 is a must see for fresh and engaging contemporary art in Ojai! It's an intimate gallery space which truly invites the viewer to be an active participant with the art. Jolene Lloyd, the gallery owner, is so open to discussing the art and opening your mind to the possible meanings and intent behind the art! Also, enjoy the great views from the porch. Her openings are lively, so try to attend if the timing is right!

good, but not great gallery; I really do not remember that much about it but it is worth a look, as are most of the galleries in Ojai.

For a fresh contemporary art experience in Ojai there is no better gallery to visit than Galerie 102. Always something new and inspiring. Jolene and her staff are wonderful hosts and my wife and I always feel welcomed. Very happy to have this gallery in Ojai.

A wonderful new contemporary gallery in Ojai! I will definitely be coming back for all the newshows.

The newest art gallery to have opened in Ojai shows contemporary painters and sculptors, emerging and mid-career artists. Their exhibitions often pair the artists in two-person presentations, well-chosen to illuminate each other's work. Their current show, "Cycles and Spires", offers dynamic visual counterpoints by juxtaposing mesmerizing, rather dark paintings by James Wills (an established painter from the Pacific Northwest) with sculptures of surreal trees by Elisa Berry Fonseca (an emerging talent from Minnesota). Both artists are dealing with the mystery of nature and its power to inspire them, and us. I love this show! It has substance and imagination.

A really wonderful gallery space on Matilija just down the street from Bart's books. So happy to see contemporary art in Ojai. Looking forward to stopping by whenever I'm in town. Very forward thinking art.
