We were given an excellent tour of the vineyards and sampled some old Zin wines which were pretty tasty.

We were staying in Stockton for business and saw a flyer about Lodi vinyards and decided to try a few. We had so much fun at all the vineyards but Lucas stood out. We arrived about 20 minutes before it closed, which was great because we got focused attention. With each tasting at this vineyard we did something different: pruning one of the grape vines and walking in the barrel room. Very friendly, knowledgable, and engaging staff. We end up buying the sauvignon blanc--though the Zinfandels were every bit as good.

One of my top two wineries after visiting 9 over a weekend in Lodi. I loved their Zinfandel rose and the two other estate Zinfandels we tasted. Sarah was very knowledgeable about their wine and the surrounding area. Highly recommend.

Four of us ended the day here and what a great time! Most informative wine tour I've done. The Blonde gal that gave us the tasting and tour made it fun. Very relaxed and never rushed. Bought a few bottles as well. A must stop and a pretty winery

was fortunate to attend a private/personalized tour arranged by my wife's cousin (who is friends with them.) We were treated like VIPs for sure. Tour guide was very personable and knowledgeable of Lucas Wines, Lodi Wines and wine in general. We got a visit for a Q&A from one of the winemakers. Excellent tasting follow the tour including some reserves. Got to keep the Riedel glass (nice touch.) Most of the wine was above average with our favorites being the ZinStar and the Pinot Grigio (ymmv.)

Our tour guide was very friendly and personable. He had a great selection and a variety of wines to taste with a little background to go along with the tasting. The order process was smooth and we got to bring home the glasses we were tasting from! I would love to live by this boutique wine vineyard and conduct the tours!

My family took me to Lodi to taste wine for my birthday. Thus was such a great place and happily not pretentious. Chuck showed us the many interesting elements of wine making, growing and tasting. Love, love love thus place!.

We had a delightful experience with a range of wines, including a delightful Port. The stories and recommendations were a positive punctuation to the tasting experience. Don't miss the surprising and yummy Cabernet blend, Tangles, and listen to the story. Don't miss this location.

We had a great time. Fun tasting, staff did a great job and they had nice wines. We and the other group got "naughty" and we even made purchase.
