I do not like this place.It is run down and dirty. The employees are mean and not helpful at all. The water is always freezing. The only food available is disgusting deep fried junk. I tried to bring in a bag of grapes for my son to have something healthy and the confiscated it at the front gate.The worst part is the thug teenagers who take over the park. No one seems concerned about their behavior including swearing and fighting....But they got my grapes so kudos to Waterworld security.If you like to pay to be mistreated in a smelly and overcrowded park this is your place.

Disappointed that during this closed event, the children's area of the water park was not open due to lack of personnel to supervise. There was a very large group of kids who missed out on the fun.

They have done a very good job of making the place fun for both young children, older children, and grandparents. The lines take a little long, but that is to be expected on hot days. Get there early to stake out a place to keep all your towels and other things; you will want shade if you can get it. Just remember it is expensive--they charge for everything so what ever you can bring will save you. But it was great fun and I would be more than willing to go back. I think next year we will get the season pass in order to take grandkids more than once.

I hold out for a great offer on their season pass deals. I have a little 2 year old, and kids less than 3 years old, are free... so it is a great option to visit midweek, and when we have an extra hour or so, to introduce the little one to some of the younger-themed attractions.Chicken tenders are really good here, too from the food court.

We went on a Wednesday to avoid long waits. It didn't seem to matter. Wait times varied from 10 mins to almost a half hour per ride. Also, you aren't allowed to swim in the deep end of the wave pool, which seems odd. If you have really little guys, you may want to think twice. Even the wave pool had a height restriction.

If you are expecting a heated pool, do not go here. We drove up to the parking lot ($10) and inquired about the temperature. But decided not to try it out.

It is definitely a great outing for the whole family. We rented 2 Tiki Cabanas but it was not necessary. The lazy river is too cold and the kids didn't use their inner tubes exept to play on the grass. We went on a week day so there was no line at the food concessions but on a busy day being at a cabana with service included must make a difference.The food is horrible and way to expensive for what it is. The Margarita is made with rice alcohol and tastes like mouthwash. Take a beer instead.Over all it was a good day but a little pricey.The Tiki Cabana also include a locker.

Took my 8 year old grandson and daughter to Waterworld in concord. This is a very nice place, clean and well organized. Lifeguards aplenty so finding a nice spot with chairs and shade I parked myself and then let my Grandson go, with him checking in with me throughout the day. I felt that he was safe and sound with the lifeguards stationed about every 30 feet at each attraction. I didn't have to continuously hover over him, gave him a little independence. He especially enjoyed the Wipeout Zone or at least that is what he called it. I would check on him periodically to make sure he was behaving properly. As we were driving back home that afternoon, he said that it was the best day of his life and promptly fell asleep. The only thing I was disappointed in was once you paid the entrance price of $35.99 for my daughter, $25.99 for my Grandson and myself...plus $10.00 parking fee, if you wanted a tube for floating in the wave pool or lazy river it cost you an additional $7.00 for a single and $12.00 for a double tube. The food of course was pricey as most places like this is. They sale beer, wine and margaritas which can only be consumed in a designated area. All in all... I think you get your money's worth but think that the tubes should be included in the parks entrance fee.

Love going to Water World. Every year we have season passes and really enjoy the nice park and friendly atmosphere. The food is good and tasty (might not be the healthiest, but oh well) Can't bring in your own so plan on a picnic in the parking area or eat before you come in. Great family place and great for kids. Lots of lifeguards for safety and even have ski vests for adults and kids.

Bought the season pass at the end of last year which took us over the the whole season this year. For the price of 2 trips we bought season passes, What a great deal!! We could go as many times as we wanted. Just pay for parking about 10 bucks a day and lazy river here we come! First we did all the scarry rides and yes my 8 yr old grand daughter did get a little teary eyed on the big water side that went inside the tube. I was not thrilled about going on it, but she wanted to. So we did and it was a little much for her. Then she wanted to go on the the huge U shaped big drop thing. We saw kids carrying their tubes back down the stairs as they changed their mind once they got to the top. I made her go first as there was no way I was going to go first if she chickened out. Dog gone it. She did not chicken out so grandma had to go. I guess if I didn't have a heart attack doing that I have a good heart. She liked it and I only did it cause I wanted her to be proud of me. But I didn't like it. I like lazy river and the wave pool. I could stay there FOREVER!!!! The park is kept clean and safe and we observed staff putting a real looking baby doll into the lazy river to test the employees awareness. I was impressed with the responses I saw. Seems really well run and they have plenty of bathrooms and shower areas for showering off after being in the treated water all day. We went many times over the summer and loved it. Will probably always be a season pass holder even though I live with a swimming pool. Still like lazy river and people watching. LOVE IT!!!!

Watched the park security yell at a family today. Not sure what was happening but you should NEVER represent yourself that way when you work for a company. The security guards name is Jake and his behavior was appalling!

We got there just a little after it opened and already all the chairs were taken. We didn't actually go on alny waterslides but enjoyed the wave pool and the lazy river. We felt it was alittle expensive for what it was.

This is THE place to be during hot summer months. It's fun, safe and affordable. This is a nice park where every family member is sure to have a great time. I highly recommend Waterworld for anyone who loves water fun.

They have some Good attractions, staff is helpful, (remember they are young summer help) and the facility is well maintained.This is a place for the family, Parents this is not a daycare! You should bring your kids, Not drop them off please.
