You'd never expect to find such a fine public library in Ruch, Oregon - it's pretty far out in the forest though just a few miles from Jacksonville. Great book collection, with loans from the Jackson County system, computers to use, helpful librarians, childrens' programs and a great used book shop in an A-frame next door.
