potter around

Visited with a friend for something different to do. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we had a lovely time, with the place to ourselves, painting pottery. Lots of choices of things to paint and of paint colours! Be careful of the pot holes on the road up though, it was a bumpy ride in my mini!

Went for just bit of fun, was a great place! Reasonable pricing and a good laugh. Would go back again in a heart beat. Would highly recommend to anyone of all ages

Lovely place, great atmosphere, very child friendly and helpful staff. Although at first it seemed a little expensive, it kept the kids (toddlers) entertained for the afternoon.

We live near by and been a few times, the place is welcoming, the staff very friendly and willing to help with anything. My daughter loves going and can spend ages painting away while I enjoy a cup tea or some painting too.

I was running a Christmas Flower Workshop at potter around and l was made to feel most welcome by all the staff. The venue has so so many things to do including painting, jewellery, pottery, knitting, glass making and of course flower workshops.We were supplied with teas and coffees and lots of nibbles throughout the night and it is a must see venue.And there was not even a complaint about all the mess made.Cannot wait to go again .

what a welcoming place to unleash your artistic potential or while away a bit of time. very friendly place to visit with children although they cater outside of weekend busy periods for adult creative sessions. nice cup of tea and a drink for the children, great advice and help for the artistically challenged. as a self confessed control freak the mess of arty activities I am sad to say makes me a bit jittery I get over this by coming to potter around where the environment is welcoming and I think quite understanding. good range of products not just pottery but jewellery making too.
