parnu visitor centre

We arrived after the centre closed but one of the women who worked there saw us roaming the building and asked if she could help us. She went out of her way to answer all of our questions after hours, which was a big relief considering that we were in Parnu for a short time. She gave us a map and pointed out areas that we were curious about. Definitely a strong example of great customer service.

We stopped in to ask a couple of questions about the area and the two women who we spoke with were very friendly and helpful and they had great personalities. They both spoke amazingly good English as well. Don't hesitate to stop in for questions or info.

We needed to buy bus tickets from the nearby bus station but they were closed that weekend. The ladies at the Visitor Centre helped us and allowed us to use their computers and printer (at no costs) to book our bus tickets. Well done!

Good printed material and maps of Estonia. Quality prints and excellent content. Helpful lady who spoke well English, good location in old town.

Good information center with helpful stuff. Here it was possible to find a lot of information about Parnu and region in a lot of language (EST, LV, RUS, ENG etc.)

The staff were most helpful in guiding us to the places we wanted to walk to in Parnu and while we were collecting information I enjoyed a little art show and bought a few treasures to remember my stay in Parnu.

Ystävällinen palvelu suomeksi. Paljoa ei esiteltävää ollut, mutta se vähäinen hoitui asiantuntevasti. Paikallisuuden asiantuntijana olisi kuitenkin voinut oma-aloitteisesti vinkata hyviä nähtävyyksiä tietojen pumppauksen sijaan.

Per Mail erkundigten wir uns nach Kontaktmöglichkeiten im Ort Varbla. Wir bekamen dann sehr schnell eine Mail vom Leiter des Museuums, der wiederum eine Deutsch-sprechende Dame vermittelte, die alle unsere Fragen beantworten konnte. Das Parnu Vistor Centre ist wirklich eine empfehlenswerte Adresse!Das kleine Museum auf dem ehemaligen Gut Neu Werpel - Uue Varbla - ist übrigens sehr interessant, wenn auch noch am Anfang und mehr eine Sammlung estnischer und baltendeutscher Funde, Papiere und vieler Geschichten. Der Leiter spricht englisch.

Туристические инфоцентры в Эстонии просто-таки образцовы. Пярнуский - не исключение. Большое количество бесплатных информационных материалов, отличные буклеты и карты, в том числе и на русском языке. Есть доступ в интернет. Можно купить подробные карты как всей страны, так и отдельных регионов Эстонии.

Вас радушно встретят, ответят на Ваши вопросы, сориентируют в городе, подскажут куда можно сходить, что посмотреть. В общем очень полезны!!!

Очень легко найти - по всему городу размещены указатели. Персонал радушный, вежливый, свободно разговаривают на русском. Выдадут карту, буклеты, ответят на все вопросы. В инфоцентре есть бесплатный wi fi.

Нам рассказали обо всех достопримечательностях, надавали советов и буклеты. Мы подробно расспрашивали, а нам терпеливо все объясняли. Спасибо!

В Пярну именно такой информационный центр как он должен быть: компетентный и вежливый персонал, множество печатных материалов, расписание всех культурных событий города, информация и об окрестностях, в том числе о музее в Лавассааре и национальном парке Соомаа. Жаль только, что не было схемы городского автобусного транспорта Пярну, без нее ориентироваться в большом количестве маршрутов сложновато. Инфо расположен в самом центре старого города, хотя и в стороне от главной пешеходной улицы, но найти несложно. Кроме информации можно купить сувениры.
