One of the best winery in Czech republic. Firstly get know from sommelier IL GIARDINO restaurant NH Prague. So afterwards in summer I visited beautiful wine house in Popice. Their rieslings are really famous. Genius loci. Must see.

We live in the wine region of California. When we travel we like to learn about local wines. Sonberk was a standout in the Czech Republic. We visited a total of 4 wineries and at Sonberk we were treated to great wines by a staff that was knowledgeable and passionate about their product.

Vineyard Sonberk are very old, but the house itself was bulit only few years ago. And it is very interesting and modern building, with professional and comitted staff.Taste the wine on the terrace with nice view on South Moravian wine area and you will have to admit, that the Sonberk wines are the perfect result of ardor and local conditions in Sonberk wineyard.

Piękna nowoczesna winnica, tak pod względem architektonicznym jak i enologicznym. Odwiedziłem to miejsce jako kompletny laik w dziedzinie enologii. Temat winiarstwa ciekawie i fachowo prezentowany przez pracowników "Sonberk'a" pozwalają trochę zbliżyć się do świata win. Warto zobaczyć i posłuchać, a przede wszystkim degustować.
