I was staying in hotel ritter which is just adjacent to notlosung bar. i used to frequent there often, almost every alternate night. The atmosphere is cosy. The crowd is good. Good place to make friends. The bar tenders, i remember petra were very friendy. Don't miss the saturday night bingo. Made good friends there.
