Illusions is by far one of the friendliest, liveliest and happiest bars in Kassiopi! Akis and his family have run the bar for as long as I can remember, and will make all who visit for the first time just as well as those of us who have been returning there for the past several decades. I have been visiting Kassiopi since 1992, when I worked there as a holiday rep.Illusions combines a number of essential factors which makes it such an ideal bar to visit. Primarily, it effortlessly appeals to everyone. It is ideal for families, couples, singles, the young, the not-so-young and so on. Its cocktails are second to none - I personally recommend the Mojito and Long Island Iced Tea, as served by Panos in the main bar. With large screen TVs for sporting events (not normally my thing, but they work well in Illusions), the best DJ in resort and a wonderful atmosphere inside or even outside on the terrace, I challenge all but the terminally miserable to have a bad time in Illusions. It epitomises Greek hospitality and party-on fun, and once tried is impossible to resist!

This was out main night time entertainment whilst in Kassiopi. Plenty of wide screen TVs showing the latest sport for those interested. Waitress service from a very attentive waitress. Quiz every night and for the singers, Karaoke. Cocktails and beer all very reasonable.

We were staying in the Harbour House very close to Illusions Bar. It was a good place for us to start our evening and quite often end our evening. The three brother who own and run the bar with their friendly staff do a very good job, you never wait long to be served. The DJ plays music to suit all ages. It was always reasonably busy with people enjoying the music, the banter and the inexpensive priced drinks. If you are looking for a typical quiet Greek tavern, this is not for you, there are plenty of these all around the harbour. Illusions bar is livelier and upbeat. Free Wifi too. I would definitely return here and recommend my family or friends to visit.

I know we're relative newbies, having only been visiting Kassiopi for the last 8 years but whatever you do if you come to this charming place, don't miss out on a night in Illusions. We've spent many a happy afternoon over the years chatting with Akis before the evening partying begins and what a fantastic family the Grivas clan are. Having just come back yesterday from another amazing week away it's been fabulous as always to soak up the night time atmosphere, watch the world go by with a great bar service and enjoy the general fun of being there. Quizzes, karaoke or just sitting with your friends and family enjoying the music and entertainment, now with Steve Stoolsy McCabe as resident DJ who is a scream, don't miss the chance to spend time here. But be warned, once you do, you'll want to keep coming back! See you next year chaps!

Just seen the remarks by Paul C about Illusions Bar Kassiopi. A bit concerned anybody reading his review will then miss out on visiting this fabulous Bar. We have been in there many times on various trips to Kassiopi and have always been made to feel very welcome by all of the Staff. Yes the staff do go around clapping hands and having fun with the customers but it was unfair of Paul C to describe them as he did. We have never had a dirty glass or indeed had any issues with the toilets. If Paul C found the toilets to be dirty or indeed had a dirty glass all he had to do was inform a member of staff and they would have dealt with it immediately.This Bar is extremely popular with all ages and nationalities and can be very busy at times due to its popularity.Please, Please visit this Bar and make your own decision and if you do have any concerns just tell any member of Staff and they will do everything they can to make it a great night out.

To Paul C, If it was such an awful place to be in why did you spend three hours in there ( as its the only bar you can see Chill and Grill from) watching the staff in Chill and Grill clear up as per another of your reviews, funny that ? Fabulous place and lovely hosts and DJ.

im also not sure where the last reviewer went too!!! illusions bar kassiopi is most definietly.one of the best bars we have ever been to,whilst on holiday.greek people are amoung the most hospitable anywhere..illusions.is situated just at the harbour in kassiopi.with lovely views of the harbour. aki,panos and nikos are execellent hosts.as are the bar staff.dj steve "stoolsy" Mcabe.has gave us memories,we will remember for years.top bloke..I must say too,that we have been lucky to visit kassiopi a few times over the years.and have never experienced any of what the last reviewer has said about illusions.all bars are good.but we allways regard illusions as our bar.anyone who visits this bar.you will have a brill time.find out for yourself.......

Not sure where the last reviewer went butrit certainly wasnt the Illusions I know. Been using it for years & have always had a great time. Never seen dirt anywhere let alone the toilets. Staff helpful and make sure you have a good time. Give it a go if your in Kassiopi then you eill see what a rubbish review was given.

We have been going as a family to corfu for many years now and I have never been anywhere more friendlier and entertaining. The 3 brothers are fab along with all the other staff and Panos is definitely a favourite of my 7 year old(making various things from straws and ninja mask from paper).The cocktail menu is massive and all very delicious and the service is great. We class them all as friends and Kassiopi wouldn't be the same without Illusions.

as a family we love this place, and un like some people i have never seen teenagers looking blankly or whatever at their parents but rather joining in as a family having a great time with or without achohol !!!! i feel some people are negative for the sake of it !!!! really get a life how could so many people be wrong !!!

Aptly named Illusions.. You'd have be under some sort of illusion to enjoy this place. Came here because it is number one on TripAdvisor. What a disappointment. Spent most of the time feeling sorry for young teenagers as they looked in bewilderment at their boozed up parents drinking from filthy glasses. The toilets were disgraceful. The DJ was all over the place try in to be all things to all people and failing miserably.. And to top it off there were the owners strutting their stuff around the place whilst clapping their hands in a fashion of cretinous sea lions.. A total dump

Fabulous, great atmosphere, amazing DJ - great banter, amazing bar staff particularly Stevie. Very friendly, suitable for all ages. A special thank you to Akis, Panos and Nikos for being so welcoming a great time was had by The Buckles.

We've just returned from our annual visit in Kassiopi and as always, Illusions bar has been the place to be. Every night we we're welcomed with open arms like old returning friends, and were waited on hand and foot to make sure we never had an empty glass and that we were always entertained. Akis, Nikos and Panos are top frontmen to the best bar in Corfu. Always a pleasure seeing them but be careful, you never know what those brothers are up to! Miss them all already, including Stevie who was fantastic. Such a lovely beautiful girl who made sure all our needs were met!See you in May, One Long Island, one Mythos.Yamas!

Illussions bar was established in 1983 and still the busiest bar in Kassiopi. To be enjoyed by all ages. Akis, Panos, Nikos are the most hospitable host’s one could wish for and not forgetting Riko and Stevie who wait on. Cocktails galore, some great beers etc and big screen TV’s with all day NEWS and Sports etc.Stevie Stoolsy McCabe DJ is also entertaining customers every night with music,quizzes and karaoke.
