finikas beach

We have been at kouffonissia several times with our son since he was 6 years. Stayed in town the first time the first nights but since then its been at Finikas. Superfriendly athomsphete with extremly good greek dishes at really affording prices. You can easily spend the whole day at the taverna with 1 meter to the beach The rooms are simple but nice and clean in a typical greek vacation style. During August it can be quite windy here and your at the beach so be prepared for sand eveywhere. Located next to the camping (very small) and next to two other nice beaches - the more you walk the better the besches get.We really recomend Finikas for the friendlyness, great food and the outstanding location. Love it!

Another excellent beach at Koufonisi. Nevertheless all the beaches there considered paradise! Foinikas can offer you also a dinner-taverna where you can eat-drink whatever and get supplies through the day

Finikas beach is a lovely beach not far from the town with a great taverna where home cooked food is available daily. It was relatively quiet even in high season and very clean with safe swimming

We had Finikas beach as our starting point for our hiking and cycling excursions. The island is ideal for both activities; its coastal line has a beautiful pathwalk, inviting you to discover numerous small beaches, where you can be all alone. All the beaches have amazing water colors and some have sea caves too. Beautiful little island!

There are certainly nicer ones on Koufonissi, but here too you can enjoy the clear waters and sandy beach since it's calm even when it's windy.If you wish for some shadow, be there after 2:30pm as the sun goes behind the tavern.

finikas beach is a really nice beach and it is a place you can go to swim when it is windy in the other beaches.Finikas tavern is located also on Finikas beach where local food is served

This beach is better than italida. It is also less popular but i think is better because is smaller!

You can find better beaches in Greece and in Koufonisi too, but it's nice and clean. You can also hang out at the tavern (although the food is not great)

It used to be a hippy hangout in the '80s, 90's and early '00s. It is still visited by young people and nudists of all ages. The beach has cristal clear water and a turquoise color that is hard to forget.

The crew running Finikas is definately the most laid back, friendly, best cooks you'll find for a long time. Drop in after ( or during) your swim, grab a ice cold Mythos out of the fridge and enyoy Yota's famous dishes, or order one the amazing dishes fresh of the grill. Magical!

Very good choice, fantastic clystal water, with a coffee bar and a liitle of shadow after 5 in the evening.

average food in very good prices and so close to the sea!

You can stay in Finikas when it's too windy somewhere else.. but the beach is narrow and long, and when it's too crowded, you've the feeling to be one on top of each other...the sea is beautiful and calm, all sandy, and you can enjoy the view of Naxos in front.. an alternative option for a windy day.. but i would discover other beaches more secluded and wild.

Очень хороший, тихий пляж с чистейшей водой вблизи города. Купайся, загорай и отдыхай! Есть очень приличная таверна. Если мы были на этом пляже, то кушали только там.

Dużo jest na wyspie plaży. Są przecudowne z wysokimi klifami. Świetne miejsce do nurkowania i robienia zdjęć.
