After this, waterfalls will never be the same again. Liked: power, size, spray, experience. Well organised.

start at gargantuan del diablo and make your way down the trails. lots of trails so take water, hat, sunscreen, umbrella in case rains, shoes and clothes you don't mind getting wet & protective cover for your phone/camera. about a US$25 equivalent entrance fee. bring your passport if want half price entry for a second day though 1 day should be enough. can take 200+peso taxi to the Falls (good for group) or a collective bus that leaves every 20 minutes for about 60 pesos from/to downtown. if planning on walking lots of trails with views from different levels and/or taking the boat, try to get there early. can spend entire day there.

Be so close to the "Garganta del Diablo" is an incredible experience! You can feel the ruthless force of nature. It is definitely something special! Don't miss!

No matter what your age, this is a "must see" on your bucket list. Fabulous. There are so many viewing points on the Argentinian side. We took the 07.20 bus from Puerto Iguazu bus station, so were at the park in time to buy our tickets and get on the first train. We took the train to the "devil's throat" Gargarnta del diablo, as we knew we would be there ahead of most of the tours/crowds. Excellent, is a word that is not superlative enough. We also chose to take the boat ride to go under the falls - one off experience. Our advice is: bring a change of clothing or wear your swimwear then get changed afterwards plus its useful to bring a small hand towel. Also, they charge 27Arg$ for a bottle of water so bring enough with you into the park and if you bring food with you, the coaties will never be far from your side. They will take any opportunity to steal it. Their noses can smell the food, especially the fresh empanadas from the cafes. If you buy an empanada then eat it inside otherwise you will be losing it to the animals. This is talking from experience as it happened to us. Fabulous Trip and well worth seeing all the different aspects to the Falls.

Worth the time and effort to see this natural beauty. Plan to spend 5 or 6 hours exploring the entire park. Take insect repellant and apply often. There is a lot of walking involved but not many stairs. The entrance fee to the park is 260 pesos, cash only! Several concession stands for food and drink.

To see the Iquazu Falls in their totality you have to see them from both sides - Brazil and Argentina. We took an afternoon guided tour to the Brazil side which eases the immigration requirement as the tour guide handles all the passports etc ( in & out). You are taken by bus to your start point on the Brazilian side. Fantastic long views of the falls - you see how big & how varied are the number of falls that make up the Iquazu Falls. Takes about two hours to walk around the walkways. The next day we did the Argentinian side -again a guided tour, but this is not a real requirement as you could take a bus or taxi to the Park & pay your 260 peso entrance fee. A far larger number of walkways -so it really is a full day,but there is at least four restaurants located in one place. There are walkways out to the Devil's Throat on the Brazilian & Argentinian sides. Our guide Fernando expressed it so well " On the Brazilian side you see the picture & on the Argentinian side you are in the picture ". Both side are great but different - your camera will not stop clicking.

The strenght, the roar, the power of the water. Being there you feel the power of nature, amd its impressive beauty! Worth the trip!!

We'd enjoyed a leisurely walk through the upper loop and looked forward to La Garganta, over 1K of walkway just above the braided river. Islands of shade and ever present public health stations provided shelter in the 90F+ heat. Twisted, failed walkways were testament to the power of the river and the muscular promise was every bit fulfilled at the terminus looking into the very throat of the falls. Don't miss this. The spray and shudder at the overlook will fill your dreams for weeks to come.

Amazig place, amazing atmosphere! Visit the Iguazu from argantinian side! Brazilian side is panoramic, but from argantinian side... wow you are inside of the falls!
