We apologize for the difficulties you had to take the public bus to visit the Bioparque. Your complaint has been passed on to the company that provides the service. We take this opportunity to inform you that since last week, we have the machine to reload the SUBE card in the ticket offices of Bioparque, to provide the service to visitors who do not have enough credits. In the Visitor Services Centre, we also have information on taxi service, to move to the center of Escobar, where they can acquire the SUBE card, if you do not have one, to travel from there to the center of the City of Buenos Aires.
