景点点评
Located inside Bundoora Homestead, you'll find some interesting Local art, Aboriginal art, & even some well-known paintings.
This art gallery in Melbourne's northern suburbs is for everybody, not just people who work or study at La Trobe Uni. As the space is small there is no permanent display. Instead, exhibitions are drawn from the uni's big modern art collection, or they represent new work by Australian artists in various media. The exhibitions change often (about six weekly) and they're usually contemporary and progressive. Entry is free. Put yourself on the museum's email listing if you want to receive invites to openings and news about LUMA's activities. You can reach the Bundoora campus by bus or tram. If driving you can use one of the campus car parks. The museum is on the ground level of the Glenn residential college. The facade is not conspicuous, so you may need to check one of the campus directory maps. Gallery days/hours are Mon to Friday, 10-5.While you're on the campus you can enjoy the mature native trees and other vegetation, the moat and the bird life. Glenn College has a bistro open to the public.
