I choose this health retreat because it was recommended. It surpassed my expectations. The LVS staff are well informed and kind with your best interests at heart. The highlight are the educational gatherings in the evening - when you thought you knew what to do, they will show you a better way. Choose a unit as far away from the main dining area so it forces you to walk, and make the most of the sauna it helps you to detox, and chill, it makes the body respond better and learn all you can from the amazing " Toby" - and Gary. You can share your accom to cut the cost, but if you can afford to have your own bathroom - I suggest you will be more comfortable doing so.

My girlfriend and I just spent 7 days at this most beautiful Health Retreat. The place is so special and the people working for the residents health there were the most beautiful people with the best of hearts. Gary and his LVS (Living Valley Springs) Family were the most thoughtful, caring and informed health professionals I have encountered. Not only did we receive the knowledge to change our lives for the better, we experienced physical, emotional and spiritual positive changes that has set us up for our retirement in good health. I cannot speak more highly of this most wonderful and blessed place on earth. Thank you gary and all the beautiful LVS community. We will return. Thank you.. You will need more than three hours..
