Where do I start. Jeremy and Jenny provide a fabulous 5 day horse riding break at their property in Tasmania.I booked this trip as I have my own horse and wanted a holiday with good quality horse riding, comfortable accommodation and nice food, I was not disappointed. The horses are wonderful and are trained using natural horsemanship methods. Our first afternoon started with an introduction to your horse and then we went to the arena and obstacle course so we could be shown how these horses were trained and given hints on riding using the natural method. This was a fantastic insight, we then headed off for a nice 2hr trail ride.We arrived back at the property put our horses away, you are giving the opportunity to assist should you want to. At this point you are asked if you are happy with your horse. Then it was drinks and nibbles before dinner. Over the next couple of days we had some great riding, visiting the salmon far, riding up the great western tier and beach riding. All days were amazing. The beach ride day also included a trip to town and some shopping at the cheese factory, raspberry farm and some other attractions. The food was very good and plentiful. I cannot thank my hosts enough for the fabulous time I had.
