After a winding drive up Lake Mackenzie Road to an altitude around 1,200 meters the road levels of, and after a few more minutes on the right there'll be a turn off to the Devils Gullet track.It's steepish but short track, takes approximately 20minutes, the track will abruptly end at a cliff edge at a secured platform.The views from the platform are amazing, down the gullet, and to the right you can see Cradle Mountain plus many other peaks, and the drop from the platform is approximately a few hundred metres straight down.Take warms clothes we have been there in November and it has snowed on us, and the wind that roars up the gullet wall can be cyclonic.If you're in the Mole Creek area, well worth the detour.
