bream creek farmers market

Having visited a number of Farmers markets in Tassie I have to say that my first visit to the Bream Creek Farmers Market was a delight. Mostly I find that Farmers markets are biased towards high earning people who are looking for somewhere to spend their money. Today we purchased a pack of Tasmanian pepper berry and cheddar sablets for $6.00, a meal for two of pork, cabbage and rice rolls for $16.00, a superb washed rind goats cheese for about $11.00( weight was about 200gms I think) and a pack of goat meat,mustard seed and herb sausages(six for about $9.00 and oh so tasty}They provide samples on siteAnd perhaps the real winner is that they have decent coffee.I have only mentioned a few of the available treats and I have to say - every one was extremely welcoming. make a visit a must
