You get a harness, a helmet and 10 min initiation, then you're on your own.... but there are monitors walking around and checking you out and helping and giving advice. We went with small kids who never did anything like that and were a bit scared. After the initiaton and the beginner routes, they were really ready, they understood the instructions and had lots of fun. They didn't want to leave after the 3.30 hours....You do get sore muscles afterwards because it's a good workout out of it.Highly recommended for a fun family time.

For safety, there are 2 metal hooks. You must always have them attached to a "steel-cord lifeline". When you detach one from one cord you must reattach it right away to another cord. So there is always at minimum one hook attached and you are safe. If you rigorously follow these instructions you are safe, even if you are walking on a cord at 10 meters high. But I remember one time when I was on a platform and I started talking with my son and I forgot about the hooks. Just for a couple of seconds I was without attached hooks. That's when it can be very dangerous because you could be very high. Another time, I had to remind my daughter to attach the second hook, she had only one hook attached. So it's a great activity as long as you don't forget about these 2 hooks.

Ce parc est genial. Au debut, il y a une petite initiation qui nous montre comment faire ... La securite avant tout. Tout est bien fait. Les parcs pour les petits pour les grands sont distinct, ce qui est tres pratique. En tout cas, j ai adore mon experience dans les arbres.
