大片的白沙滩和明媚的阳光。水有些浑浊,因为有很多的水上运动和旅游游船。这个区域有很多水上活动,还有很多酒店和餐馆,所以是个忙碌的社区而且人很多。很值得花半天或者一天的时间在周围走走。很多游船都是从这里的码头出发。

水质太糟糕了。能见度不到两英尺,闻起来跟臭鸡蛋一样。据当地人说是因为酒店修建的位置太靠近海滩了,空气流通不畅,海水无法循环。暴风雨过后,污染物都跑到海水里去了,得几个周甚至几个月的时间海水才会慢慢清澈起来。而到那时,另一场暴风雨又来了。海水里的沙子黏糊糊滑腻腻的,和湖底的泥沙没有区别。带了通气管,蛙鞋和面具,结果都用不着。也许个别酒店会租机器来把自己酒店前面脏兮兮的泥沙挖走,但大部分酒店都不闻不问。

从Palm Beach酒店方便去市区。走路就能到附近所有的餐馆。附近有5到8家赌场,晚上还能和朋友在大厅里聊聊天。买东西的地方也很多,不过要小心Oranjestad Aruba和阿鲁巴的时代广场里的小欧洲珠宝店——别在那里买东西。你可以过马路去吃东西,或者沿着海边走走,踩在清澈的海水里。在万豪冲浪俱乐部旁边的蒙巴海滩(Moomba)你可以喝点东西,听听音乐,或者在海边起舞。这里简直是天堂。Scuba Mark要小心Oranjestad Aruba和阿鲁巴的时代广场里的小欧洲珠宝店。

我不喜欢海水,因为很脏。也许因为太多的人住在西面的岛屿,我去了东面的岛,水很干净,能更享受。

当你步行去码头去MiDushi浮潜船或者吃甜甜圈时,你就会知道这会是有趣的时光。你可以花时间看鱼和大海,享受有趣的时光。

Can you ask for more ? It's Sunday and not packed. Just the right amount of people. You ca. Do anything from stand up paddle boarding, to jet skiing , parasailing you name it and it is available. White sand and beautiful clear waters. I could not ask for more

A classically beautiful Caribbean beach, but busier than others we visited on our cruise. We liked this and visited the beach bar/restaurant in our sight, watched the boats and water sports and appreciated the holiday atmosphere. If you want the quiet, peaceful experience, Palm Beach may not be the one. If you are a cruise ship passenger, the public bus from town was a few dollars and really easy. Ask the driver to tell you when to get off.

Palm beach can be crowded. Each resort has there own amount of huts and chairs. Ours happens to have a lot on top of each other. Expansion has helped with cost and renovations so we can't complain. Check with your resort to see how the securing of the shaded areas or even chairs works. Some start putting out the chairs at 6 in the morning with people waiting at 5:30 to stake their claim!

This is where all the action is. Jet skis, tube rides, parasailing, or do nothing at all. Lots of people walking the beach and laying in the sun. Great place to swim.

Beaches are public, chairs belong to the hotels. Vendors are everywhere for kayaks, snorkeling, water sports, etc.

Beaches were very crowded, lots of watersports, activities, and restaurants. Prefered quieter Eagle Beach, but then, again, we are not in our 30's!

calm waters! Awesome view! Cool sand, Scott's Brats, Smokey Joes and other great restaurants and hotels within walking distance.

Wide sandy beach. Get there early as it can get crowded. If arriving from a cruise ship the hotels will rent you an umbrella and chairs for about $20.00. No snorkelling but great swimming with gently sloping sand. Lots of places to buy food and drink

Very nice beach, great clean, clear blue water. The water is very calm. If you like to play in the waves I wouldn't recommend it. It is similar to the beaches in Negril Jamaica but not so commercial and busy, much more relaxed and quiet. Also similar to the beaches in Tulum and Playa del Carmen in Mexico but the water is much calmer. It is nicer than the beaches in Hawaii and the Dominican republic.

Beautiful beach. I walked up and down both sides of beach from the Holiday Inn. I thought they kept the beach very clean and raked. Some areas down from us was not as cleaned up from seaweed, but for the most part, soft white sand. Perfect walking and to look at. Water was warm and clean.
