Visited the Zoo for a concert when it first opened and it was great. Great place for the area!I will definitely go back the next time I visit my family!

Good for groups.Friendly and warm service.Amazing set up of the zoo gives you a sense tbat you are in the animal's natural habitat as the cages are placed strategically about the property. Excellent and informative tour guidesThe petting zoo is to die for! Great for adults and children! Ask to be introduced to Lips, he is the start of the show.

A group of us went to Jamaica Zoo last year and found it a very family friendly environment, with helpful staff. I hope they will constantly bring in new animals and/or attractions to keep the place vibrant, as zoos are very important sources of information, especially for young children.

We started our journey from Kingston to Lacovia in the afternoon, although we had originally planned a morning trip. After arriving around 3:45 we still got a tour and were facilitated by the staff who entertained us at the petting zoo. I felt special because the staff gave excellent service, treating us as if we were the first visitors for that day. No one could tell that it was almost closing time, Big thanks to the staff at Jamaica zoo for creating great memories!
