Not so many shops are open anymore. The view is great though. There is also a chapel inside, a few restaurants and souvenir stalls.

This place is missing something, especially people. Most of the units seemed to be unoccupied, there wasn't much life at all.

Heard of this place a lot, apparently its a please to be.but when i got there its was nothing special.need a lot more attractions and brought more to life.visit the Legaspi boulevard instead, more enjoyable.location is excellent but place need to be improved.

This promised to be one of the new attractions in Legaspi, balancing the history, culture, and natural amenities of the city and its region. But it is just another shopping mall. Sadly, it takes no advantage of being on the waterfront, as everything is oriented to the mall's interior. If you need some basic shopping or some chain-outlet food, the Embarcadero will do the trick. But it isn't a "thing to do" for a visitor to Legaspi.

This is a really nice spot but the place needs some major improvement. There are not enough dining choices and what you have is quite ordinary.

We were told to come here in the evening as the best time to visit.My impression of it was a dying mall that had seen better days. Few options in terms of shops or restaurants. Nothing really to see.Go there for the view facing the sea and nothing else. But on the other hand, you are in Bicol to see Mayon.

This erstwhile widely regarded as world-class seaboard lifestyle haven that economic pundits once envisioned to provide 3,400 jobs estimated to generate about P408M job wage annually is now a tired, semi-deserted architectural wasteland. With its ROI rapidly diminishing by the day, it's management has shifted to survival mode adopting a seemingly desperate; short of mendicant policy of luring mall-goers with free rides and petty event attractions that accomplish nothing more than giving its quietly disappearing shops a mirage of trade movement and a fleeting sense of normalcy. But I hope, with more and more people gravitating towards the minute yet vibrant businesses now beginning to rise along this off the beaten track and down to its far end, and with lot more management creativity and enthusiasm,this waterfront mall and activity center can still pull it off and stage a successful comeback. Indeed, there is more to this place than meets the gawker's cam.

Although it is only an average place to visit today but I see it has the potential to be a major tourist attraction. There are still some empty commercial spaces, but I think the place will eventually boom as Legazpi City looms to become a major tourist destination in the Philippines soon. More and more people are visiting Legazpi City. It has plenty to offer, not just the Mayon Volcano. We enjoyed our visit at Legazpi. At the Embarcadero, you can enjoy walking along the boulevard. There’s a Puregold Supermarket and a small Duty Free Shop inside the mall. There are some restaurants and shops but I predict a lot more will be put in the future. I give it 4 stars for the potential.

They say this is a new mall (5years?) but looks like it has seen better days. They could add more restaurants and shops.

There is nothing to do there. Unless you want to take a photo of the port area during night. But still a good place to eat and loiter around.

The hotel is great, food is awesome, I just don't like the hallways coz when we stayed there and on our way to our rooms the hallways are dark and we still have to ask one of the staff to turn on their lights. Good thing the butanding was there and gave us a nive view while having our breakfast the next day.

Spent the early evening walking around this small mall. enjoyed laing at a restaurant at seawall. nice bonding time with my son.

They have a Duty Free branch in the main mall, a pasalubong center, restaurants, and few party places to spend the night.
