Grt river I enjoyed the boat ride in a magnificent shikara n the bhel u get around this place was too tasty the shikara fellow was a good man took us in some corner of the lake n took Grt pictures of me n my husband felt as if it was our second honeymoon

A busy tourist area with worn out boats for hire. Lake is quite littered in and around it. There is a 6 km walk around the lake but it was not inspiring. Lots of dusty shops line the area.

nice place to spend, good shopping also available near to this lake, beside lake there was a road there u will get bicycle for rent, horse riding also available near to lake one garden also available.

Breeze from the lake and the shade of the greenery made me calm. Nature was really healing each moments. Also get the winter goods at cheap rates.

There are different options that you can choose for boating (2 seater, 4 seater or honeymoon special). We choose 2 seater paddling boat and enjoyed boating around the lake. Hotel Carlton can be seen while boating. you can also rent cycles to go around the lake and stop by the shops.

Paddle boat and cycling is what you get here. The ultimate winner is the surroundings and you will definitely have a great time. Quite a big lake and well-maintained too. We went for 1 huar of paddle boating and it was a great experience. And after boating, don't forget to go for a cycling experience. You get plenty of options in choosing the right cycle for you at a very cheap price (startng from Rs 20 for 1/2 an hour). Plenty of snacks after a tiring session. Overall, a great experience.

Every year visiting this beautiful, mesmerising lake. Customised boating, user friendly employees, nice weather, cool breeze, cycling option around the lake, horse riding, snacks, shopping... etc etc... Visit one time, then you start to go every year...

The lake is very nice and boating is a pleasure on this lake. The only thing is the area around the lake is highly commercialized.The real fun of lake is 4-5 km of cycling around the lake. There are cycles available for all and even kids can join in the fun.

Cycle ride around the lake is must :) Evening it will be very beautiful. For shopping also its a good place.

kodai lake is nice place to come and relax after your day in the evening. The boating in the lake is quite good. There are lot of activites around the lake that could be done like cycling, horse riding and parks to relax. the walk around the lake is also quite good.Good time to spend in the evenings.

Clean and beautiful lake surrounded by walk n bicycle track. Boat ride is awesome with friends and family. Wonderful evening, riding a pedal boat in the chilled climate with more chilled ice-cream and with excellent scenic nature. My kid enjoyed the ride a lot. You have 30 minutes and an hour options but they aren't so strict about timing.

The boat ride was excellent with lots of fun and the scenery and the climate was superb, not the word. Nature pouring its beauty and majesty everywhere. We must make it to kodai every year. It is a lovely stress busier
